After getting used to the ear hook and the in-ear rubber piece, I like it. Volume is good, it’s comfortable and I have yet to run it dead. I do charge it every night. Would recomend.

Not worth wasting your money! Bad sound quality for user and person on other end of call. It has to be completely quiet in your vehicle for it to pick up voice commands, even road noise from vehicle driving conflicts with it picking up your voice command. Truly disappointing considering how good Plantronics bluetooth headsets are.

I got this yesterday and so far have been happy with it, except for one major drawback. Every single call crackles. I’ve tried calling people on land lines and cell phones. Sometimes I can barely understand them through the crackling. I’m very disappointed. I’m going to have to get a different headset, since this is unusable.

I absolutely love my 520 HOWEVER the rubber (plastic) part of the earpiece has broken off, so I can’t use it anymore!!! It can’t be fixed or replaced (I checked with Plantronics) so I am stuck and have to buy something else…

I would rate this bluetooth device as okay. It works as long as the phone is on the same side of your body as your bluetooth ear. I actually received a faulty device with my purchase and had to return it to Plantronics. It had way too much interference, and didn’t make any difference where the phone was in relation to the bluetooth headset. Plantronics has great customer service, and a pretty good return policy. So if you do need to return it, you get a new one within a few days of your claim, and then return the defective one.
This bluetooth is really comfortable, and fits really good.
